Watching Visitor Activity

Real time visitor activity can be monitored from within the ClickAndChat Client Application by clicking on the Visitors tab in the software. The following data will be available in this view:

• Number: Visit number for the specific day.
• Visit: Number of times a specific person has been on your site.
• DNS: IP address and organization name of site visitor.
• GEO Data: City and State of site visitor.
• Referrer: The website they clicked on to come to your website i.e. Google or Yahoo.
• Keyword: The keyword they typed in the search engine prior to visiting your site.
• On Page: Real time information in regards to what a specific site visitor is viewing.
• Views: Number of pages viewed in the current browsing session.
• Start Time: Time the current browsing session began.
• Last Time: Time the visitor last moved on the site.
• Browser: Type of web browser being used by the site visitor.
• Operating System: Operating system being used by the site visitor.
