We sell user licensing on a concurrent connection basis, what this means is that you only pay for user licenses based on the maximum number of employees that will be logging into your account at the same time. For example, if you have 10 employees within your organization, but only 3 need to have access at the same time. You may setup an unlimited number of different logins for all employees within your organization at no additional cost, however since 3 will need access at the same time, you only need to purchase 2 additional licenses (as your account comes with 1 by default).
You can add additional user licenses to your account by logging into the My Account section of our website and clicking on the User Licenses tab.
