Invite Site Visitors to Chat

To invite a site visitor to chat with you, highlight the site visitors IP address from within the Visitors tab of the ClickAndChat Client Application, then press the Send Invite button, pressing the down error below the Send Invite button will allow you to choose between sending a graphic invite or a customized text invite. A text invite will allow you to configure the text that appears in the image that will float across the users browser screen.
