Firewall Configuration

If you're using the downloadable version of the ClickAndChat software, you will need to open port 8011 on your firewall. Most users will find this port number to already be open, however users on stricter networks will need this port unblocked. For users utilizing the web based version of our application, in most cases you will not need to do anything. The web based version of our application uses port 443 which is generally open for most users.

Our application does not currently support proxy.
