Departments

Assigning users to specific departments allows for chat requests to be distributed based on the operators skills:
- Options tab
- Site Properties button
- Visitor Chat tab
- Opening Message sub tab
- From the "Allow visitor to pre-select operator/department" drop down menu select "Select department before starting chat" and press OK.
- Click Users
- Press New User or Edit User
- Under the General tab assign the user to a specific Department
