From within the ClickAndChat Client Application there are what is known as Local Options, which are specific to the computer the application has been installed on and Site Properties, which are global settings for a specific site.

Accessing Site Properties (global options)

1. Options tab
2. Site Properties button

Making changes to the Site Properties will take affect globally for the entire site.

Accessing Local Options (local options)

1. Options tab
2. Options button

Local options are settings specific to the computer that the application has been installed on, such as username/password, spell check and canned responses.
