Chat Transcripts

Access chat transcripts with the application by clicking on the Chat Sessions button under the Visitors tab of the ClickAndChat Client Application. A dialog box will appear allowing you to search through transcripts by specific date range or chat sessions that contain specific keywords.

Alternatively you may choose to have a copy of every transcript emailed to yourself so you can keep a local copy, to enable this feature go to:

1. Options
2. Site Properties
3. Email tab
4. Check "Automatically email each chat transcript to the site administrator"
5. Enter the email address(es) in the "Recipients for this site" field that should be receiving copies of each transcript.
