Canned Responses

Canned responses allow operators to configure pre-written responses to the most generally asked questions from your site visitors. Canned responses are local to the computer which the ClickAndChat Client Application has been installed. To configure canned responses:

  1. Click the Options tab
  2. Press the Options button
  3. Click the Canned Responses tab
