Email All Chat Transcripts

First login to the ClickAndChat Client Application using the login information in your welcome email. Right-click your Site in the Sites Tree and choose Site Properties:

Then select the Email tab and select the "Automatically Email Each Chat Transcript To The Site Administrator" option:
