Connecting to the Client Application

To start the ClickAndChat.com Client - choose ClickAndChat.com Client from the ClickAndChat.com Client menu on your Start menu. When the Client runs for the first time a wizard will start allowing you to enter your connection details:   The information that you need to enter into the wizard will be included in your setup email:    - IP Address or DNS name of the ClickAndChat.com Server - Authentication String - Your User Name & Password - Your Display Name   Click Next to continue.   After you have completed the wizard the Client will start.   At this stage the Client will not display any active visitors for your site because you now need to embed the ClickAndChat.com Code into your web pages. The Monitored Sites tree shows a list of web sites that you are monitoring. ClickAndChat.com enables you to monitor multiple sites from a single client.   If you right-click your site in the Monitored Sites tree a popup menu will appear: Site Properties. Selecting this allows you to configure various options for your site.
