Completely customized online and offline graphics allow you to add live chat images that fit the look and feel of your website. Since the graphics are loaded from our servers, the image will dynamically change between online and offline based on the availability of your operators.

You also have the option of having the live chat image completely disappear form your website when no operators are available. If you choose to show the offline image and a site visitors clicks on the image during times that operators are unavailable, the site visitor will be prompted to leave a message which is then emailed to you.
