Queue Chat Requests

 

Both answered and unanswered chat requests will be placed into the Live Chat Softwares queue for all operators to view at a glance. If your operators chat limit has been reached, chat requests will automatically be placed into queue until the operator is ready for the next chat session. The operator chat limit can be adjusted through the Client Applications Options Menu.
