Prospect Detection |
ClickAndChat can be setup to detect site prospects based on predetermined parameters that can set directly through the Live Chat Software. The live chat application will then categorize your site visitors as 'regular' and 'prospect' visitors. Prospect detection can be configured to track based on the number of visits a client has made to your site, the number of pages they've viewed within your site or the amount of time spent on your site. This feature can also be enabled to work if a visitor lands on specific pages within your site.
Once a site visitor is tagged as a prospect, you can then configure your ClickAndChat Account to activate specific tasks, such as sending operators an email, sending operators a popup message to their computer screen or even sending the client an Automated Chat Request.
This extremely valuable and powerful tool allows your operators to concentrate on chatting and closing deals with site visitors that are more likely to place an order based on your Prospect Detection settings.
