Multiple Operators

ClickAndChat allows you to add an unlimited number of operators to your account. Additional operators can be added directly through the Live Chat Software, enabling all employees within your organization to have access to the chat function. Administrators are also able to customize specific access rights to each user within the organization.

 

When setting up ClickAndChat in a Multiple Operator environment, administrators have the option of sending chat requests to all users at the same time, or have chat requests rotated evenly among all operators.
