Customizable Site Entry Alerts

Site Entry Alerts allow you to customize how the ClickAndChat service reacts to visits based on a predetermined number of settings within the Live Chat Software.

 

For example, if you want to have the system send an automated popup to the web visitors browser every time someone visits your site from Google, using the keyword "live chat" and "clickandchat", this would be setup using Site Entry Alerts.

 

Site Entry Alerts can also be used to flag site visitors on your operators Client Applications, for example have people visiting your site from Google flagged yellow while people coming to your site from Yahoo are flagged red.
