Department Specific Chat

ClickAndChat supports department specific chats from within the Live Chat Software. Meaning you can assign an operator to a specific department and have visitor chat requests sent only to operators within a certain department. This tool can be used when placing your chat icons within for example the support pages of your web site, allowing all those chat requests to be sent to the support department.
