Click To Call Back |
The Click To Call Back feature allows users browsing your web site to leave a phone number where a company representative call call them back. This feature can be enabled or disabled within the Live Chat Software by the Administrator. When enabled, a site visitor can utilize the Click To Call Back link and fill out the form, once the form is submitted the call back details will be displayed in the Client Application for all Operators to respond.
