You can configure your ClickAndChat Account to send automated pop ups to the visitors screen based on predetermined parameters that can be set directly through the Live Chat Software. Parameters can be set by the number of visits a client has made to your site, the number of pages they've viewed within your site or the amount of time spent on your site. This feature can also be enabled to launch if a visitor lands on specific pages within your site.
