Site visitor data is collected and stored on our servers, this allows all operators to pickup where another operator may have left off in the past. User data will include such things as:

• Number of visits to your site
• Date of previous visits
• Customer name (along with other data that may have been collected)
• Previous chat transcripts

All of this data will be at the fingertips of all operators during a chat session, allowing operators to quickly access this information during a chat session.
