Chat transcripts are saved within the ClickAndChat application and can be accessed by operators and administrators. There are several ways to access a transcript; transcripts can be searched by date ranges and keywords. Transcripts will also appear in the operators chat window, as a reference to previous chat sessions that an employee may have had with a specific site visitor.
We also offer our clients the option of having transcripts emailed to specified email addresses, this allows for local storage of all transcripts and the potential of having transcripts parsed into your own local database.
