Dear ClickAndChat Customers,

Finally our new website is live! And yes, we know, it's well overdue!

During the past 4 years our main focus has really been supporting our clients and building a business based around good customer service. But we also realize that our web presence also makes a huge difference in the eyes of our users. Our newly redesigned site now includes easier navigation and is just more pleasant to look at! Furthermore, by popular demand, we've launched a My Account section on our site, providing clients with easier account management. Access to the My Account section of our site will be rolled out to existing clients over the next couple of weeks, you will receive an email with your login credentials.

We've also launched a new Twitter account and plan to start tweeting more frequently, follow us to stay up to speed on all the new features and announcements. Our network operations center will also post known technical problems to our Twitter account in real time.

As always your feedback is very important to us! We'd love to hear what you think of the new site in addition to any other suggestions that you may have.
